Photography Services Pricing & Turnaround
For most photoshoots, turnaround time for our selection of your best photos is 1-2 weeks. Basic post-editing is included in this selection.
Your selection of edited photos is delivered to you via a hosted password protected gallery.
Note: Due to the many factors involved in each photography request, all requests are custom quoted to your needs and timeline.

On-Set Recommendations
- Consider the colors you wear against the background or landscape you choose.
- Incorporate your brand colors in your outfits as much as possible.
- Choose clothing that does not have “busy” patterns to avoid unwanted pixelation or distortion.
- Bring props for your set that help localize you and/or visually represent the work you do.
- Be aware of the audience you target and choose elements for your photoshoot that will speak to them.
FAQs about Photography
1. How much should I plan to pay for photography services?
The number of hours on set matters as well as the number of photographers with cameras present. Most of our single-shooter, single day photoshoots start around $500. This number is dependent on equipment required and set up time as well.
2. What are the 3 most important things for a successful photoshoot?
Lighting, location, and the subject’s comfort with the camera are key to the most successful shoots. We can help plan and prepare for all three!
3. Will I own the rights to my photos?
Yes. You commission us to take photos and we deliver the files for you to use as you please. We only ask that you allow us to use selected photos for our portfolio should we choose to do so. We do not use or sell your photos to other clients.
4. How many photos can I expect from my shoot?
It depends on how long we shoot for and over how many days. However, for most single day shoots you will receive 50-150 photos in your gallery.
5. Do you edit photos from my photoshoot?
Yes. We do soft editing to the photos we select from your photoshoot. If you have more in-depth editing requests like color correction or removing objects, that can be done for an additional cost.
6. How should you plan your wardrobe?
Consider the location(s) we will shoot at and be aware of potential background colors. You want to “pop” off the background or compliment it as much as possible. As well, the clothing you choose should have minimal patterns or striping to eliminate the Moiré Effect, a distortion of image pixels due to the lens’s perception of movement.
7. How do I get permission for others to appear in my photos?
We have a photo consent release form that all subjects we stage in shoots will sign. Those participants must be 18 years old to sign a consent form. If subjects appear in the background of your photos in a public space, you have the right to use those photos without explicit permission. Although, we make a habit of informing people that a photographer is present and actively shooting in such areas.
