Corvallis Community Acupuncture
A component of Leyna updating her brand image, including printed and digital materials, included new photos of her treatments. That’s where we came in!

Along with community acupuncture services, given in a group healing space, Leyna just opened a private treatment room. The private space will be used for full-body acupuncture and facial rejuvenation acupuncture. During our photoshoot, we captured images of a client receiving their facial acupuncture treatment, with their permission. Leyna wanted us to capture the relaxation and calmness her clients experience when receiving a treatment from her, so we focused on the photos maintaining the essence of the tranquility within her clinic.
Helen Higgins Photoshoot
For Helen’s campaign to become Benton County Commissioner, she needed to update photos for use on her campaign materials, in which we were also designing.
We facilitated a multi-location shoot in various locations that are recognizable in Benton County, the Corvallis courthouse and Philomath museum among two of them. We had advised Helen to wear colors that coordinate with her new color palette, chosen when we began designing her campaign materials. We also had her come with several outfit changes, some more casual than others, so she would have different images for specific usages and/or messaging during her campaign.
Reimagine Research Group
Jill needed photos taken for us to use as we built her new website. As a researcher who focuses on evaluation and reflective practices by listening to community voices, she knew she wanted her photoshoot to embody both nature and community.

We chose to start the photoshoot in downtown Corvallis at the museum, because the museum represents the heart of what she does – preserving who we are and where we come from. We then took advantage of the summer blooms along Corvallis’ waterfront to capture a more naturey appeal. Last, we felt it prudent to include indoor shots to round out her options for future use.
Ron Gilliland Photoshoot
Ron needed photos for his new website. As a coach who works one-on-one with his clients, he felt it was important to have imagery that represented him and his spirit as opposed to stock photography.
We spent several hours in various locations, including multiple outfit changes. We wanted to have enough photos to use that didn’t appear to be taken at the same time or place. We kept in mind where we planned to use the photos on Ron’s website, ensuring we had them in the right orientation – horizontal or vertical. Then we did post editing to add his brand color to the background of headshots seen on his site.
The Conscious Profit Institute
Our photoshoot with Ron was to capture images we could use for his website build. Since much of his work is coaching people in transition which can be a high stress environment, the photos were taken in a bright, comfortable, happy space to counteract those potential emotions of his website visitors.
robert brand construction
When we built Robert’s website, he needed a new headshot for his bio. We traveled on-site to him, placing him near his woodworking materials. Since his carpentry skills are what he is best known for, we felt this positioning told his story well.
Torch Craft Marine
Troy wanted photos taken of him in action building one of his mini jet boats. On this shoot, we focused on capturing the fabrication side of things, knowing that the element of sparks from welding would make for visually interesting images for his website.
Duerksen & Associates, Inc.
Duerksen & Associates called us when they were in need of new team headshots. We set up a 10-foot white backdrop for their shoot to allow for best light reflection. The sterile background would also ensure there were no distractions in the photographs. Then, in post production, we made the backgrounds black to match the color scheme on their website.
Each year, we update our photos for use on our website, social media, and other promotional materials. When we schedule these half-day shoots, Allison brings up to six outfit changes so we can have a variety of outfits to choose photos from, making the use of them last longer.
